Victoria Park, Tipton - A wonderful open space!

Victoria Park is in Tipton, Sandwell, West Midlands. It has a lake, children's play areas, tennis courts, skate park and more.

Victoria Park in Tipton is located between the Birmingham Canal Navigations New and Old Mainline canals. It was opened on 29 July 1901 and named in honour of Queen Victoria, who had died in January of that year. Were plans for a park here from the 1890s. There is also a war memorial in memory of those lost in WW1 and WW2.
